What is a day at work like?
At Interim, I handle all aspects of the candidate side of the placement process such as future scheduling, problem solving, following up with timesheets, counseling, and more. I enjoy building professional relationships with them and finding opportunities that meet all of their desires. I also manage and train a team of five recruiters in the Dallas office.
What do you like most about your job?
I enjoy building relationships and making friendships across the country. I’m very passionate about taking care of my team. Each provider has a spot in my heart and I never want to disappoint them. I focus on making sure I provide physicians with the best customer service and all of the resources needed to make their experience a positive one.
Tell us a bit about your family (furry friends are family, too)
I am happily married. Still no kids but we have a dog that we much love. Josie is one spoiled dog! We give her anything she wants.
