The Opportunity:

This critical role focuses on closing new business opportunities with Health Care Systems/Hospitals while leveraging existing relationships with healthcare clients across the country.

Your Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients regarding their staffing needs and present solutions that meet those needs while staying within the market pricing
• Manage issues that may arise with providers or clients
• Assist with various components of physician credentialing process

Qualifications:

Successful Account Executive candidates must be “hunters” with a competitive spirit and an internal drive to succeed. It would be best to be relentless and even-tempered as you deal with the inevitable emotional ups and downs of selling within the locum tenens industry.

We are looking for a candidate with:

• At least three years of experience from a client-facing, high-level staffing sales position
• Precise written and verbal communication abilities plus superior interpersonal skills
